Sink to Stove utilizes World Central Kitchen’s Chef Network to train communities in food safety/sanitation training.
We train school cooks, community leaders, students, and rising hospitality professionals on three main tenets of food safety/sanitation, which include hand washing, cross-contamination prevention, and sanitizing equipment.
